The Wise Distillery is perched in the heart of the Wise Family’s 60 hectare property
at the northern end of the magnificent Margaret River wine region.

The base for their spirits is a combination of their own chardonnay and other grape varieties grown on-site
as well as pristine on-site rainwater, which is one of the many qualities that contribute to these unique products.

Wise Spirits are produced in custom-built 380 litre column stills (named Captain Barnacles, Tom and Jerry),
using traditional distillation methods. The stills have been specifically designed to
produce their premium Gin and Pisco spirits, which are hand bottled and packaged on-site.
