EXALTA WINES are made with a focus on small batch quality fruit being sourced from single vineyards in the premium wine growing regions of Western Australia. Grapes are sourced from vineyards employing dynamic and sustainable viticultural practices. Whilst in the winery, hands on and intentional winemaking is at the forefront. Overall a focus on judicious winemaking, wild and natural yeasts at ferment, quality oak which is in balance with the fruit. The crew behind EXALTA VIGNERONS have decades of experience, including vineyard management and winemaking.
